Many of you have asked us, "What do the MARINE CORPS LEAGUE and the MARINE CORPS LEAGUE AUXILIARY do?" Please excuse the length of this note but it would be difficult to explain, in 50 words or less, what we do for people and organizations in Lake Havasu in need of and seeking help. We don't "flaunt" what we do, however, a wise man once said, "toot your own horn because no one will toot it for you". While this message may strike some of you as braggadocios, hopefully you'll receive it in the spirit in which it is intended.
We, the men and women of Detachment #757 in Lake Havasu, "RAISE MONEY TO DONATE IT". Easy enough? It is not that easy. Our members give of their time and energy working at the following FUND RAISING EVENTS throughout the year...in the heat, the cold, the dry, the wet and some of the events are 24/7:
